  I was I the store earlier today, shopping for a birthday shoe. When I walked in there was a man standing in the front who never even acknowledged me. I looked around for a while however no one offered me help. Maybe I wasn't as dressy as some or maybe they thought I might waste their time. For whatever reason the service was horrible. If I am in the store then I can afford what I came in for. So I went home and ordered the shoes and bag from Nordstrom. I will say as I was leaving a nice young lady Mandy or Amanda maybe, did speak and engaged slightly and was genuinely nice. I however will not return.

  The sales person Amanda was so awesome and helpful. I’ve read reviews were people say “they didn’t look the part” whatever that’s suppose to mean my best friend and I came in with normal street attire (jeans wit slits and t shirts) my experience was great I get emails every time it’s a sale or new items and I’ve been ordering Gucci items with Amanda ever since ❤️❤️
